Take all the pressure off owning a second home.
We will work with you to customize our services whether it will be on a seasonal or special basis.
We can also arrange for house cleaning or any other preparation you require.

Shopping services offered
Email us or use our contact form with your shopping list and when you get here, everything will be purchased and put away. Take all the pressure off packing and/or shopping and enjoy your time in Vermont. We will gladly consider all requests and will promptly respond. Don’t hesitate to ask!
When you're not here, we are:
We will take care of your home whether you are in residence or away.
We can recommend solutions utilizing other local services or do the repairs ourselves.
We will always discuss your options after we evaluate the situation.
Such situations can include:
Frozen pipes – thawing and any necessary repair
Heating or water problems
Downed trees
Burglary or vandalism
Insurance contact, documentation and pictures
Cold Weather Checks
Number of visits dependent on the temperature.
We make daily visits with our monitoring package when temps fall below zero.
Alarm Response
Break-ins.
Cold Temp alarm.
Contract is required for first-responder service.
General House Checks
Windows and doors locked with alarm set and working
Heat operating correctly and maintaining the proper temperature for the house
Water, gas, oil, and power checks
Backup generator operating properly and scheduled yearly inspection and cleaning
Water filtration scheduled inspection and cleaning
Garbage pickup included at a per bag disposal charge only
Programs offered:
November thru April on a weekly basis unless the temperature drops below zero when we check daily.
April thru November on a monthly basis.
Winter Contracts
Designed for your requirements.
Can include plowing, sanding, shoveling paths and roofs, snowblowing, house checks, first reponder to alarms.
Emergency Response to burglar or cold temperature alarms.
Any requested assistance promptly addressed
Errands such as shopping, returning rental equipment
Trash removal included with the house check program
House preparation (heat, lights, supplies)
Providing access to the house while you are away.
Repairs
Broken or frozen pipe repairs, light fixtures, fans and switches, replacement of sinks, toilets.
We also handle all subcontract assistance required.
Outdoor Repairs for roof, window or other leaks, tree removal, debris clearing, damage to walls or fences.
Carpentry to seal windows or doors, repair insultation and panelling, replace floors, panelling, cabinets, shelves, closets.
